Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a key member of our depot team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.
Main Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management: Accurately check and process timesheets to ensure timely payment to our staff.
- Asset Control: Update asset control logs to maintain an accurate record of our equipment and assets.
- Customer Enquiries: Respond to telephone enquiries and provide administrative support to our customers.
- Depot Administration: Provide administrative support to all areas of the depot, including data entry and record-keeping.
- First Point of Contact: Be the first point of contact for all enquiries coming into the depot, providing a warm and welcoming service to our customers.
- Communication: Respond to questions and queries from customers via phone and email, providing clear and concise information.
