Job DescriptionAs a key member of our private client tax team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and development of trust and estate services. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the growth and success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the delivery of personal tax advisory work, including drafting reports and leading client discussions.
- Manage a client portfolio predominantly involving trusts and estates, addressing multiple sources of income and gains.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex tax technical information to non-experts.
- Drive the delivery of one-off advisory and compliance assignments.
- Mentor and provide technical training to team members to foster their development and enhance team performance.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the team.
