Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Tax Director to lead our Private Client Tax team at Pro-Tax. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Private Client Tax practice.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and growing tax practice. As Head of Private Client Tax Services, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax advice to our Private Client clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow our Private Client Tax practice and increase revenue.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensuring our team is equipped to provide expert advice.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in Private Client Tax, gained from practice and/or industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • CTA qualified or equivalent (ACA, CA, ACCA, law quals).
