About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Change Lives. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with dementia and older adults in our residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with dementia and older adults, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
