We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our H beauty team in Gateshead as an Assistant Manager. This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of converting to a permanent position.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and other business functions to coordinate and manage exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of beauty experts to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence, including visual standards and back-of-house processes.
- Identify and develop talent to drive future business success.
- Work closely with other business functions to deliver projects and initiatives that drive business growth.
