Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join our property team at Colosseum Dental Ltd, a leading dental company with a presence in the UK and Europe.
This is an office-based role at our Head Office in Crawley, with flexibility on hours and potential for hybrid working from home after probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for servicing issues, including invoice checking, chasing credits, and problem-solving.
- Manage key accounts for soft FM services, ensuring regular meetings and advising on improvements and efficiencies.
- Undertake account closures, setup new accounts, and manage necessary account management through integration of new acquisitions and/or disposal process.
- Support operations in day-to-day facilities management, working alongside our externally sourced helpdesk to ensure maintenance requests are actioned quickly and efficiently.
- Learn and operate our CAFM system to provide help and support to our clinics.
- Collaborate with vendors and supply chain partners to obtain competitive quotes for materials and services.

About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Have experience working within a property/facilities role and ideally procurement
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies that arise
- Proficient in MS Office and aided facilities management software
- Strong ability to multitask and build relationships with various departments
- Pervious experience in healthcare is not essential but would be advantageous
