Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make product and treatment recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including GDPR and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent.
  • NVQ in Beauty/Customer Care preferred.
  • Contact/call centre experience preferred.
  • Excellent use of the English language.
  • Good customer service skills in a similar role are an advantage.
  • Elemis treatment and product knowledge (training provided).
  • Knowledge of the Elemis Company philosophy (training provided).
  • General computer literacy and knowledge of office equipment.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position, working in a hybrid model with 2 days of working from home and 3 days working from our Avonmouth offices.
