Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and administrative individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This is a front-facing operational role that will support patients and clinical staff, while also providing administrative support to our Programme team.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective daily administrative and organizational support for the AOS and CUP services.
- Record accurate summaries of confidential clinical meetings in real-time.
- Communicate with clinical teams and patients.
- Collate and input data.
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an administration role.
- Knowledge of NHS Systems.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- Minute taking qualification.
- Ability to speak Welsh - Level 1.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term/secondment position for 23 months to cover the needs of the service. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teams across South-East Wales to ensure a smooth pathway for patients presenting with an oncological emergency.
