Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking on-site and remote audits of our operations, as well as managing and facilitating external audits by clients and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of our operations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Manage audit scheduling and arranging audits to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Review and analyze audit outcomes and associated documentation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in internal auditing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal auditing, with a strong understanding of audit principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
