Project Administrator / Document Controller

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator / Document Controller to join our dynamic team at Employment Solutions.

As a Project Administrator / Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various administrative tasks, including document control, purchasing, and quality assurance support.
  • Assisting with purchasing, including planning, tracking, and cash flow analysis.
  • Overseeing credit management with suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Scanning, sorting, and organizing documents within the project folder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document control, including handling submittals and maintaining records.
  • Purchasing assistance, including planning, tracking, and cash flow analysis.
  • Credit management with suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Scanning, sorting, and organizing documents within the project folder.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Document Control or Technical Admin role.

Contract: 6-12 months

Pay Rate: circa £15/hr (PAYE) or £20/hr (Umbrella)

Working Hours: Full Time – 0830am – 1700pm (Mon-Thurs) and 0830am-1430pm (Fri)
