Project Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team at Employment Solutions Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. This includes document control, purchasing assistance, and quality assurance support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage document control, including handling submittals and maintaining records.
  • Assist with purchasing, including planning, tracking, and cash flow analysis.
  • Oversee credit management with suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Scan, sort, and organize documents within the project folder.
  • Compile the Manufacturing Record Book in collaboration with the QA engineer.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Document Control or Technical Admin role.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong IT & Systems experience.
  • Experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing sector.

Pay Rate: circa £15/hr (PAYE) or £20/hr (Umbrella)

Working Hours: Full Time - 0830am - 1700pm (Mon-Thurs) and 0830am-1430pm (Fri)
