Inventory Optimization Specialist

You'll be an experienced professional in driving efficiency in operational cost, KPI measurement, and accurate day-to-day planning to guide the operation using effective communication to achieve best practices and perform regular analysis to create plans and the best possible performance.
You'll be familiar and comfortable with process management and a target-driven environment which is data-led, coupled with a close customer behavior and focus, adapting your approach to problem-solving and contributing to change projects, ensuring effective cost management is embedded and embraced with all key stakeholders.
There is a requirement to be client-facing to keep our customer representatives informed, and strong communication skills are essential to identify robust, workable solutions and plans.
This role would suit candidates with skills or experience in operational strategy, costing, logistics, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational efficiency strategies to drive cost savings and improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive data-led decision making
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure effective cost management and process implementation
- Contribute to change projects and adapt to changing business needs

Additional InformationWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with flexibility to adjust to the needs of a 24-hour operation. However, there is also a requirement to support outside regular hours and occasionally at different locations.
