We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Woodland Hospital. As an Electrical Engineer - Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide engineering maintenance and breakdown support to the hospital.
- Lead and support the engineering team in carrying out their role.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of hospital systems.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds Part 3, HNC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- IOSH Health and Safety / Risk Assessment training is desirable; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work.
