Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement effective transformation strategies, alongside new processes and technologies.
- Drive organizational change that aligns with the capabilities and objectives of software systems.
- Support project teams during the analysis and planning phases of software development and implementation.
- Create comprehensive documentation of strategies, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications.
- Engage collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
Required Skills & Experience
Applicants must possess experience in or have a background in Construction or Facilities Management.
Desirable Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 certification.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes.
