Ashford, Kent, United Kingdom East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Position Overview

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Rehabilitation Support Specialist to become a part of our Inpatient Therapy Service.

The Therapy Team is dedicated to the evaluation and rehabilitation of individuals to facilitate their recovery and discharge planning. This is a permanent position, with the chance to collaborate with our therapy colleagues across the broader therapy team. The chosen candidate will be a crucial member of the team, working in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), under the guidance of therapists to ensure high-quality care through effective collaboration.

Regular in-service training will be available from both therapy disciplines and other MDT members.

Our therapy team is consistently engaged in service enhancement, and the post-holder will participate alongside the therapy team in innovative projects, service improvements, and initiatives to uphold best practices at all times.
