Your Responsibilities:

  • Uphold high standards of quality in the nursery regarding the environment, resources, and experiences provided to children.
  • Ensure that all children receive rich and stimulating experiences tailored to their developmental stages.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the nursery, including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and keeping personnel files.
  • Coordinate inspections by regulatory authorities and implement any necessary recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations regarding suitably trained staff and first aid qualifications.
  • Set and achieve occupancy targets.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality childcare practices.
  • Foster professional relationships with parents and caregivers.
