Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and maintain high standards of quality within the nursery, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Support and supervise playroom staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education.
  • Deploy staff effectively to ensure the required standards are met, and maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of keycarer procedures, allocating children to keycarers and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and feedback on their child's progress.
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers, showcasing our unique approach to childcare and education.
