Room Leader Opportunity at Grandir UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
  • Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
  • Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately.
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
  • Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
  • Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
  • Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
