About the Role
Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical teams and drive excellence in patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care through a range of surgical and medical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
- Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and services
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Champion improvements to clinical standards, care, and service across wards, theatres, outpatients, pharmacy, radiology, imaging, cardiology, and pathology
