We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead for Adult Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical leadership and expertise to our community care services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective management plans for patients with complex mental health needs
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior medical staff and other team members
- Liaise with local primary care services and provide advice and guidance on mental health matters
- Contribute to the development of the team and wider working age services, in line with the Trust's goals and objectives
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment
- Approved clinician status OR able to achieve within 3 months of appointment
- Excellent knowledge in specialty
- Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty
