Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Smart Recruit IT. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming IT issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a range of IT systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve IT service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
