Job Summary

The Procurement Heads are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering sourcing activities and contract negotiations to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

About the Role

This is a newly created role that will involve managing and delivering key sourcing projects across IT and digital technology. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including HR, Marketing, Finance, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and contribute to category strategies for IT Business Services spend in line with department objectives.
  • Drive maximum commercial value from sourcing exercises and negotiations, actively seeking out opportunities that lead to cost reduction, improved service quality, and/or operational efficiency gains.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior management and supplier relationship managers to quickly understand requirements, priorities, and challenges.
  • Guide, advise, and coach stakeholders on all aspects of procurement and ensure that all relevant policies and governance processes are adhered to.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of IT procurement (desired).
  • Experience of managing Corporate/Professional Services categories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track-record of highly developed commercial and contract negotiation skills.
