Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team based in our Huntingdon office. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless organisation and execution of various events and administrative tasks across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events (internal and external).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to secure venues, accommodations, and other event-related services.
- Handle event logistics.
- Prepare and distribute event materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and budgets relating to events and activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with event coordination and administration.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and meetings.
- Experience of using HubSpot and WordPress would be desirable.
