Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our Sales and Marketing team based in our Huntingdon office. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless organisation and execution of various events and administrative tasks across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of events (internal and external).
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Liaise with external vendors and partners to secure venues, accommodations, and other event-related services.
  4. Handle event logistics.
  5. Prepare and distribute event materials.
  6. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and budgets relating to events and activities.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience with event coordination and administration.
  2. Willingness to travel occasionally for events and meetings.
  3. Experience of using HubSpot and WordPress would be desirable.
