The successful candidate will have a strong background in private credit and a proven track record of business development. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and developing and executing business strategies to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the private credit market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private credit space, building relationships with clients and partners to drive growth.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the private credit market.
  3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of the business.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities in the private credit market.

The successful candidate will be a senior member of our Private Credit team, reporting to the Head of Private Credit. They will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the private credit space, and will be a key contributor to the success of our business.
