Procurement Delivery and Process Manager

NOE CPC is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Delivery and Process Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that key procurement processes, procedures, and systems are in place and continuously improved to support the overall operation of NOE CPC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure compliant procurement delivery and performance in line with external quality standards, business objectives, and KPIs.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate NOE CPC's framework workplan/pipeline in collaboration with the Head of Procurement Operations and Category Leads.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of procurement projects to a high quality and on time, in line with the framework workplan.
  • Lead business improvement projects, undertake specific procurement activity, provide procurement advice and support, and develop internal processes, procedures, and supporting systems.
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and engage with other NHS organisations and stakeholders, including NHS England, DHSC, and others.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in an operational procurement role with an organisation required to comply with the UK Public Contracts Regulations.
  • Subject matter expert in electronic tendering systems, customer relationship management software, and compliance with UK public contract regulations.
  • Advanced IT skills with knowledge of specialist software for contract management, electronic catalogue, and e-procurement systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
