Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading and managing our multisport sessions, ensuring the development and success of the children attending.

  • Lead and manage a team of assistant coaches to deliver high-quality coaching sessions
  • Develop and implement coaching strategies to meet the needs of children of all abilities
  • Monitor the safety and well-being of children during sessions
Coaching and Development

You will be responsible for coaching and developing children's skills in a variety of sports, with a focus on multisport development.

  • Design and deliver coaching sessions that cater to the needs of children of all abilities
  • Provide feedback and guidance to children to help them improve their skills
  • Collaborate with other coaches to ensure consistency and quality of coaching
Communication and Teamwork

You will be required to communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques
  • Ability to educate and inspire children to reach their full potential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Every weekend

Availability: Will you be able to commit to weekend mornings on a regular schedule?
