HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our talented people-centric HR team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality advice and guidance to our business, supporting line managers with people matters and contributing to the HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to the business, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Support line managers with recruitment, people development, employee well-being and engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to develop and enhance their people management knowledge and skills.
  • Provide reports on key people metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend proactive measures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles, including ER experience and hands-on generalist roles.
  • High integrity with a high level of discretion and diligence when handling sensitive and confidential employee data and information.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR technology and systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Flexible and adaptable to support a range of departments and functions within the business.
