As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be focused on undertaking efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and chasing new business opportunities
- Obtaining illustrations, projections, and valuations
- Responding to and assisting with client inquiries
- Accurately updating and maintaining information on the company's back office system
- Preparing documents for suitability reports
- Liaising with clients and providers
