Risk Management Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Management Support Assistant to join our Risk team at the Pension Protection Fund. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support across the team with routine and ad hoc risk management activities and meetings.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a desire to learn and develop within the role, particularly in an operational risk management position. You will be responsible for reviewing simple data sets within Excel, producing reports and presentations, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Risk team with routine and ad hoc risk management activities and meetings
  • Review and analyze data sets within Excel to identify trends and patterns
  • Produce high-quality reports and presentations to support risk management activities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team objectives and goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, including GCSEs (including English and Maths) and an A Level standard (or equivalent)
  • Experience in providing administration/organisational support
  • Experience in reviewing simple data sets within Excel and producing reports and presentations
