About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Management Support Specialist to join our Risk team at the Pension Protection Fund. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and organizational support to maintain and update training and communication materials, as well as Intranet content design, maintenance, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and format information for managers and committee reports
  • Work with simple data sets to provide analysis to support enquiries from a variety of sources
  • Check data integrity, update records, and extract information
  • Provide administrative and organizational support to maintain and update training and communication materials
  • Design, maintain, and publish Intranet content
  • Support regular senior management risk reporting
  • Engage with key stakeholders from across the organization to follow up on enquiries and close open actions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong desire to learn and develop within the role, including a willingness to work within an operational risk management position. You will also have:

  • A minimum of GCSEs (including English and Maths) and an A Level standard (or equivalent) level of education
  • Experience of providing administration/organizational support
  • Experience of reviewing simple data sets within Excel and producing reports and presentations
