Mainframe Modernization Business Development Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and adoption of Mainframe Modernization services in the Global Financial Services (GFS) market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify Mainframe customers and opportunities
  • Build and drive pipeline for Mainframe Modernization discussions with customers
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, account teams, partners, and professional services to deliver Mainframe Modernization solutions
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and adoption
Requirements:
  • Extensive sales, business development, and program management experience
  • Proven track record of growing Mainframe Migration and Modernization related businesses
  • Experience working with Mainframe Migration and Modernization partners
  • Strong relationships with senior customer executives and ability to close large revenue accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
  • Ability to earn trust with customers by doing the right thing
  • Extensive customer and partner network specific to mainframe migrations
