Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emergencies, conducting fire risk assessments, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed
  • Conduct fire risk assessments and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, including monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Work collaboratively with the Contract Manager, Site Lead, and Customer Representative to deliver customer requirements
Requirements:
  • DS SIA Licence
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
