HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Cherry Professional. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees, ensuring smooth operations across all HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment law.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with managers to develop job descriptions and person specifications.
  • Support performance management processes, probation reviews, and appraisals.
  • Assist in the development of training programmes and deliver HR-related workshops.
  • Advise on pay, benefits, and administer employee benefits programmes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
