Job Title: Care Assistant

About Us: Roselea Court Care Home is a leading provider of residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care services.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with medication management and other healthcare needs.
  • Participate in care planning and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Transferable skills and a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
  • 33 hours per week with opportunities for overtime.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave and pension scheme.
  • Uniform provided and on-site parking.
