Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Training and Development Services to join our team at Orwell Housing Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of training programs to support the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to support the growth and development of staff
  • Lead the delivery of training programs to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to support their professional development

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English (grades A-C / 9-4 or equivalent)
  • A full driving licence is essential
