Warehouse Operations Manager

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in the telecom industry. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience with NetSuite is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to all working practices, ensuring a safe and tidy working environment.
  • Lead by example, providing training and support to team members as needed.
  • Manage internal systems to track deliveries and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure all products are packed and ready for collection, meeting high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Foster good relationships with suppliers and couriers, ensuring smooth logistical operations.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics team and Sales Support to assist with customer returns and other challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Optimise stock holding to meet operational needs effectively.
  • Assist in managing the Pick-Pack, dispatch, and returns procedures.
  • Provide daily reports to the warehouse supervisor, promptly communicating any changes or issues in planned workload.

  • Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
