Store Operations Manager

About the Role
As a Team Leader at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Delivering great customer experiences and ensuring a positive store environment
- Encouraging the team to hit their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining high company standards
- Visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store
- Being a Brand Ambassador and promoting the company's values and products
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for selling and customer engagement
- An interest in visual merchandising and store operations
- Clothing experience is desirable but not essential
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
