About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at FatFace. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our Chelmsford store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
