The Role:

As a Food and Beverage Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting, leading, and motivating your team to meet sales, profit, and compliance targets. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
  • Serving food and drinks to the highest standard, adhering to our quality and presentation guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and legal workplace, adhering to our health and safety protocols
  • Ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
About You:

We're looking for individuals who possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. As a Food and Beverage Shift Leader, you'll be expected to:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and customers
  • Manage your time and prioritize tasks to ensure that each shift runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Receive regular feedback from the management team and implement any actions agreed upon

Working Hours:

As a Food and Beverage Shift Leader, you'll work a 40-hour week, with specific hours as follows:

  • Saturday: 6:00
  • Sunday: 6:00
