About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistently high standards in the team, outlets, and food and drink we prepare and serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Food and Beverage Manager in leading the team to achieve financial targets and increase income and profits.
- Help build a great place to work by supporting the team with recruiting, training, and developing new people.
- Ensure the team follows all relevant legislation and National Trust policies.
