IO Associates is seeking a highly skilled Wing Build Support Specialist to join our team at the Broughton site. As a key member of the Wing Plant Engineering Team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality build support to meet plant needs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless collaboration and co-designed solutions that meet industrial system requirements.
- Support design definition and communicate industrial needs to the broader engineering team, ensuring alignment with customer perspectives.
- Drive product improvements to reduce Recurring Costs, Non-Recurring Costs, and Non-Conformances across the Single Aisle (SA) and Widebody Wing Equipping (WB) value streams.
- Provide lineside build support and serve as the primary point of contact for Engineering issues within the Wing Plant Component Delivery Teams (CDTs), including root cause analysis for design-related abnormalities.
- Enhance team efficiency and effectiveness by implementing methods, tools, and processes, contributing to goals such as Autonomous Operations (AOS) and sustainability.
