About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wing Build Support Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our engineering community, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our wing build projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the link between Engineering and Manufacturing, ensuring co-design solutions that meet industrial system requirements while maintaining an engineering and customer perspective.
  • Support the design definition and communicate industrial requirements to the wider engineering community.
  • Provide proactive product improvement to reduce Recurring Costs, Non-Recurring Costs, and Non-Conformances throughout the SA & WB value stream.
  • Provide 'lineside' build support and act as the focal point for Engineering topics within the Wing Plant CDTs, including root cause analysis investigations into design queries.
  • Support initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness through application of methods, tools, processes, and/or other capability improvements.
