About the Role:
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks alongside our trades operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including grounds maintenance, painting & decorating, and general building maintenance.
- Work effectively with our trades operatives to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a handy person or maintenance position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Competency in using hand tools and equipment.
What We Offer:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Competitive hourly rate of £15.
Weekly pay.
