Sales Executive Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert visitors to customers by building lasting relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Use systems and databases to check vehicle availability and match customer needs with suitable options.
  • Liaise with Product Geniuses to ensure customers have detailed information on vehicles, including arranging test drives.
  • Assist customers with paperwork and offer additional packages that benefit or interest them.
  • Communicate with customers to keep them updated on order progress.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and deliver exceptional handover experiences to customers.
  • Work as a team player to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Be a confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-driven for success and able to build natural relationships with customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and have honesty and integrity.
  • Hold a Full Driver's License and have competent IT skills.
