About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across our 29 world-class brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert telephone, digital, and showroom visitors to Park's customers by building lasting relationships and providing personalized solutions.
  • Utilize systems and databases to check vehicle availability, understanding customer needs and interests to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Liaise with Product Geniuses to provide detailed information on vehicles, including arranging and participating in outstanding test drive experiences.
  • Assist customers in completing relevant paperwork to finalize vehicle sales, offering additional packages that benefit or interest them.
  • Communicate with customers to keep them informed on order progress.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and deliver exceptional handover experiences to customers, ensuring they drive away in their new vehicle excited and well-informed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets set by the dealership.
Requirements
  • Be a confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-driven for success and able to build natural and lasting relationships with Park's customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Hold a Full Driver's License and possess competent IT skills.
