Job Title: Amazon Platform Executive

Location: Remote (onsite not required)

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Platform Executive to join our client's platform team, specializing in increasing sales through online platforms, particularly the Amazon Marketplace. Our client is a well-established company and a leader in the high-growth sports industry, with two leading brands and millions of fans regularly viewing them via Sky Sports. With a successful online marketplace, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to learn and build a career in e-commerce retail marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to utilize Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, creating easy-to-read and accessible online content.
  • Manage and update e-commerce platforms, monitor market trends, and analyze customer behaviors to drive online sales.
  • Assist in overseeing marketing campaigns on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring optimal platform performance and continually striving to improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in pay-per-click marketing and data analytics in the Amazon marketplace (or similar).
  • An entrepreneurial instinct to improve sales and customer experiences.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales, either professionally or personally.
  • A passion for increasing sales online, with a customer-centric approach.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
