About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Platform Executive to join our team at Sadler Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our e-commerce sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer experiences on the Amazon Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective online content strategies using Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and sales data to inform marketing campaigns and optimize platform performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring optimal results and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer loyalty.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce platform performance, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in pay-per-click marketing and data analytics in the Amazon marketplace or similar.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving sales and customer experiences.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales, either in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
