Job Description
As the Health and Safety Manager, you will:
- Develop, implement, and manage the health and safety strategy and policies
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation
- Provide guidance on health and safety risks and issues
- Conduct risk assessments and audits
- Manage health and safety training programs
- Regularly report on health and safety performance to the senior management team
- Manage any incidents and investigations
- Promote a positive health and safety culture in the organization.
Requirements
- A professional qualification in health and safety
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Must be locally based or willing to relocate to North London.
