Regulatory Solicitor/Barrister Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to join our leading Regulatory team at a Top 100 national law firm.

The firm acts for a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors, including NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, police and fire rescue services.

You will join the professional discipline team, ranked in the top tier by the legal directories, advising London-based health and social care regulators.

Key responsibilities include presenting cases at final substantive hearings and representing regulators at interim application and case management hearings.

This will involve presenting cases involving dishonesty, fraud, and sexual misconduct.

You may also be involved in appeals from decisions of the regulators and will have involvement in continuous improvement projects and training for panel members and in-house teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate/Solicitor working in a regulatory team looking for progression with excellent quality work.

It is also well-suited to Barristers looking to move into private practice where Legal Director/Partnership is a future possibility.

The firm has a strong social ethos and works as a team, encouraging personal development and a healthy work-life balance.

They are extremely flexible with agile working and offer the opportunity to work from home 3 or 4 days a week as a minimum.
