About the Role

KMA Legal Recruitment is working with a leading Top 100 national law firm to find an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to join their Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will primarily present cases at a final substantive hearing and represent regulators at interim application and case management hearings. This will include presenting cases involving dishonesty, fraud, and sexual misconduct. They will also input into case direction at all stages of the investigation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with advocacy experience. Ideally, you will have experience in a professional disciplinary/fitness to practice context, but candidates who can demonstrate the required skills with experience from other sectors will be considered. Advocacy experience is essential.
